Project Overview
A local natural products brand needed to launch online through Shopify. The business had a limited number of initial products and needed to prepare the store for paid advertising, payment processing and future expansion.
The challenge was that the brand was new online. There was no strong historical data, no established online funnel and limited stock at launch. This meant the foundation had to be clean from the beginning.

The first problem was launch readiness. Many stores go live before they are ready for traffic. The website may exist, but the product pages, payment setup, tracking and trust elements are incomplete.
