Project Overview
The project involved building a sales system for a professional online course. The course had many lessons and modules, so the challenge was not just to present the information, but to turn it into a clear offer that users could understand and purchase.
The business needed a complete funnel: landing page, course presentation, checkout, payment provider, legal pages, trust elements, tracking logic and post-purchase access.
Main Problems
The first problem was clarity. A large course can easily feel overwhelming. The landing page needed to explain the value without drowning the user in details.
The second problem was trust. Selling education online requires credibility: who teaches the course, what the student gets, how access works, what happens after payment and whether there is a refund policy.
The third problem was technical: the system had to connect WordPress, LMS functionality, WooCommerce and payment processing.
The fourth problem was conversion tracking. If the business later runs ads, it needs to know which users viewed the product, added it to cart, started checkout and purchased.
The fifth problem was compliance and payment approval. Payment providers often require clear legal pages, refund terms, contact information and proper store structure.
Solution
The project was structured around a complete purchase journey.
The work included landing page structure, course module presentation, offer positioning, price and guarantee positioning, WooCommerce checkout planning, LMS integration review, payment provider setup support, legal page structure, refund policy page, footer navigation, conversion event planning and checkout trust improvements.
Tracking Logic
The funnel was planned around the following stages: user lands on the course page, understands the offer, clicks to buy, starts checkout, completes payment, purchase event is recorded and receives access to the course.
From a marketing point of view, each step matters. If traffic is coming but purchases are not happening, we need to know where users drop off.
That is why the tracking setup had to include product views, checkout actions and purchase events.
Resulting Value
The project turned a course into a real digital product funnel. The business became better prepared for paid traffic, payment provider approval and future optimization.
The key value was not only building pages, but connecting offer, checkout, payment and tracking into one system.
